Architect

Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Ideally specialising in building design, Master’s degree preferred.

Age: minimum 2 years of practical architectural experience after bachelor’s studies.

Language: Lithuanian and English at a high level.

Qualities: integrity, diligence, curiosity, persistence, creativity, patience, initiative, organisational skills.

Skills: spatial imagination, drawing and composition, sense of modern aesthetics, teamwork, good computer literacy.

Experience:

• Design of individual residential houses
• Building design experience (in a team)
• Visualisation
• Design using 3D parametric modelling software (Revit)
• Site planning

Software experience:

• Office 365
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Sketch Up

Advantages:

• Experience with Corel Draw or Photoshop
• Realistic visualisation production
