The Volvo truck service center in Panevėžys is focused on delivering high-quality services. Therefore, during the design phase of this project, special attention was given to the quality of equipment, workplace safety, and comfort within the facility. The project integrates two key functional areas: a two-story office space designed to accommodate customer service, employee work, and rest areas, and a service area capable of simultaneously servicing up to nine trucks. Technical maintenance will be provided for heavy-duty vehicles under the Swedish “Volvo Trucks” and French “Renault Trucks” brands.
Technical and Architectural Challenges:
Service Functionality:
The project had to be adapted to meet specific requirements – including the movement of heavy-duty vehicles, increased load capacities, safety standards, and the integration of engineering systems.
The “Altar of the Service” – the Maintenance Pit:
One of the most complex areas in the service zone, where every detail matters – from fluid supply and collection to the integration of equipment into structural elements, as well as the proper design of those structures.
Ergonomics and Comfort:
Significant attention was given to the layout of workstations and customer service areas to ensure a high-quality environment for both work and rest.
The chosen moderate, modern style allows for comfortable interior space planning and helps optimize operational processes. The interior spaces are bright, functional, and focused on the client experience and employee well-being.
The client is professional, quality-conscious, and has a clear understanding of the service requirements. This allowed for smooth and efficient work – decisions were made quickly, based on real experience.
The Volvo truck service Center in Panevėžys was completed and opened its doors to customers in 2025.
